White water rafting and ziplining

Think i have finally overcome my fear of heights...such a fun and scary day yesterday-ziplining was amazing...went from one side of the jungle to the other over a river about 50metres high...all was going well until ruth miscalculated her route and crashed into a tree..quite amusing all the same...white water rafting was absolutely brilliant...three of us fell out..leaving la Ceiba today and heading for Guatemala with Ruth have to say bye to Irish girls and were going tubing and horseriding later...an action packed couple of days!still have a touch of food poisoning but its bearable!more photos will be up soon....
